Terms and Conditions for Registration:After sending the completed registration form, you will receive an e-mail containing your invoice. Registration is only confirmed after payment is received.
Registration fees entitle you to a full access to the Congress, including coffee break, lunch and reception. It does not include hotel booking, which remains at the expense and under the responsibility of the participants.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received on or before January 27, 2023, will incur a €300 cancellation processing fee. There will be no refund for cancellation received after January 27, 2023, or for No-Shows. Substitute participants can be named without additional costs until March 03, 2023.
